The only disappointing thing was that we booked for Hawaii comfort Goa and after reaching there they said you have a stay at our another property Highland Homes and they apologized for that, so it was fine besides it was a very good budget hotel or holiday home and everything thing there is reasonable and rooms are great , it was family room for 6 adult and living there for 5 days was good experience from 21 to 25 nov 2018.

They change the booking conditions shortly after booking

I did not get to see the hotel. I booked on Booking.com and the booking conditions were reservation with credit card, pay on arrival and no charges for cancellations up to a few days before the actual stay. Anyway, a couple of days after making the booking I got an email directly from the hotel demanding a 30% advance payment by bank transfer otherwise my booking would be cancelled. I saved them the trouble and cancelled anyway. The whole point of giving credit card details is to secure the booking.

Stayed here 3nights. The rooms are lovely good size,clean,comfy beds! Wi fi is good,any issues we did have it got sorted asap..ie powercut. The guys on reception were so welcoming & attendtive to any questions or information. There is a Bus that takes you into Panjim square and is free at 10am,very handy to know this..or hotel can advise you to rent a taxi for 8hrs at a good price..we used this too!We also used local buses to travel,very easy.. We thoughly enjoyed our stay & if you want a peaceful tranquil place,this is the place,beach is 15mins walk,not a public beach so is quiet. I was their in the month of March and my overall experience and stay at the hotel was very good. Although the hotel not centrally located and one must hire scooty or car as public transportation in not easily available. The hotel do not have a kitchen so anything you order you have to keep some time in hand as they get food from another hotel of their which is 10 to 15 mins away. But staff is very nice and willing to help you anytime. Overall good hotel with nice rooms.
